Standard Monthly Package — $349/month

• Includes: 1 scheduled site visit per month to track project milestones.

• Deliverables: 20–25 high-resolution, time-stamped aerial and ground progress photos.

• Safety: Operators arrive fully equipped with certified Level 1/2 PPE (Hard hat, safety vest, green-patch steel toes).

• Travel: Included within 20 km of base.

Premium Bi-Weekly Package — $599/month (Best Value)

• Includes: 2 scheduled site visits per month (every 2 weeks).

• Deliverables: 20–25 high-resolution, time-stamped aerial and ground progress photos per visit.

• Safety: Operators arrive fully equipped with certified Level 1/2 PPE.

• Travel: Included within 20 km of base.

Base Photo Package — $249

• Includes: Up to 1 hour on-site (Ground photography only. Formatted for standard homes up to 2,500 sq. ft.).

• Deliverables: 20–25 professionally edited interior/exterior photos (provided in both High-Res and MLS-optimized formats).

• Travel: Included within 20 km of base.

Aerial-Only Property Package — $149

• Includes: Up to 30 minutes on-site (Drone operations only).

• Deliverables: 10–15 high-resolution, edited aerial photos.

• Travel: Included within 20 km of base.

Complete Media Package (Photos + Drone) — $349 (Most Popular)

• Includes: Up to 1.5 hours on-site (Combined ground and air coverage. Formatted for properties up to 3,500 sq. ft.).

• Deliverables: 25 professional interior/exterior photos + 10 high-resolution aerial photos.

• Travel: Included within 20 km of base.

Real Estate Video Add-Ons:

Note: Video add-ons include professional editing and are captured seamlessly alongside your photo package details.

• Deliverables: High-end commercial-grade photo and video asset kits.

Post-Production & Video Editing Rates:

Studio Hourly Rates & Space Overages

If a property or site tracking requires additional time beyond the package limits due to size or delays, the following flat rates apply:

• Second hour on-site: $150

• Every additional hour thereafter: $100/hr

• Additional edited photos: $10 / image

Asset Delivery & Usage Licensing

• Delivery: All media is securely delivered via high-speed cloud download links. Real estate assets are delivered pre-formatted for both web/MLS use and full-resolution print.

• Usage: Real Estate and Construction packages include perpetual marketing and internal operational usage rights for the purchasing client. Tourism packages include digital distribution rights; broadcast/television usage requires an extended licensing agreement.

Travel Policy

• First 20 km (Radius from Base): Free / Included in base packages.

• Beyond 20 km: $0.75 per kilometer, calculated on the total round-trip distance from base. For extended travel across Ontario exceeding 100 km round-trip, a flat travel-time or overnight staging fee may apply depending on project scope.

Weather & Cancellation Policy

• Weather Policy: Drone operations are strictly subject to weather safety limits (precipitation, high winds, or restricted visibility). In the event of unsafe flying conditions, reschedules will be accommodated at no additional cost.

• Cancellation Policy: Client-initiated cancellations or site-readiness delays within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
